• Construction complete on $1.9 million roundabout
• New intersection improves road safety and slashes travel times

The new roundabout located at the intersection of Hepburn Avenue and Bellefin Drive, Ballajura is now complete.

This was much needed and was a result of Rita Saffioti’s, Member for West Swan, election commitment to fully fund these works at a cost of $1.9 million.

Previously a number of local Ballajura residents highlighted their concerns about the old Hepburn Avenue and Bellefin Drive intersection, in response Ms Saffioti worked with the residents and made a commitment for the upgrade.

The roundabout has already proven its investment for the local community with improved road safety and slashed travel times for regular commuters.

This project was fully funded by the WA Labor Government with works delivered by the City of Swan.

It’s important that we upgrade our local roads to improve road safety and bust congestion, I am looking forward to seeing this roundabout in action.
