$2.5 Million for Upgrades and New Classrooms at Ballajura Primary School

Our Government is improving education facilities by providing $2.5 million in funding to Ballajura Primary School.

Ballajura Primary School will benefit from our Government's election commitment of $2.5 million to build new classrooms, this will help accommodate the popular school’s growing population and provide room for the school to grow further.

The construction has commenced, with the project expected to be completed later this year.

In addition to this major commitment, I also committed an additional $80,000 to deliver a new shade structure at the school.

I am glad to see this now delivered and providing students weather protection when playing on the playground all year round.

Another Election Commitment Delivered

In 2020 we officially opened the new $3.2 million Early Childhood Centre at Ballajura Primary School.

At the 2017 State election one of my commitments was to deliver an early childhood centre at Ballajura Primary School, I am pleased to have delivered on that promise.

The centre has welcomed 95 Kindergarten and 85 Pre-Primary students at the start of the year to new functional and modern facilities for young students.

Ballajura Primary School has achieved so much and the Early Childhood Centre will help the school build on their successes and continue their great work in educating local children.
